Return Policy

Return Requests
You may submit a return request within 3 calendar days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please provide your order number and proof of receipt. Do not send anything back before receiving our confirmation.

Return Shipping

Delivery Delays

Damaged, Leaking, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly and provide your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a complete unboxing video showing the condition of the package when opened. The unboxing video is required to verify damage that occurred during transportation. If the issue is verified as a product or transportation problem, we will arrange a free replacement.
