Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MAVM website and related services. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Orders
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, images, and availability accurate. Minor color differences may occur because of different screens. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; once dispatched, cancellation may not be available.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship from multiple fulfillment locations worldwide and select the location best suited to the delivery address. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 days after payment confirmation. Worldwide delivery usually takes 7–14 days. Actual delivery time may vary because of the destination, customs, weather, holidays, remote areas, and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are for reference only. A delay or delivery after the expected date does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Returns and Damaged Items
Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and resalable. If a return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For verified transportation damage, leakage, missing items, or an incorrect item sent by us, please provide the order number, clear photos, and a complete unboxing video. If verified, we will arrange a free replacement.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate delivery and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Customers must use products according to the product information and stop using a product if noticeable discomfort occurs.

Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, designs, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to MAVM and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
We will take reasonable steps to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or products.
